Cancellation & Refund Policy

PatternDSA offers a one-time lifetime upgrade for ₹399 INR that provides permanent access to all 20 DSA patterns. Due to the digital nature of the product, our refund policy is limited to specific circumstances as outlined below.

Before Purchase: You can browse free content and decide whether to upgrade at any time. There is no subscription to cancel.

After Purchase: Since this is a one-time lifetime purchase (not a recurring subscription), there is no ongoing cancellation process.

Refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Process:

• Contact support at support@patterndsa.com within 7 days of purchase
• Describe the technical issue in detail
• Allow our team 7 days to attempt a resolution
• If unresolved, a full refund will be issued

3.2 Accidental Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the lifetime upgrade and have not accessed more than 2 premium patterns, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Process:

• Contact support at support@patterndsa.com within 48 hours of purchase
• Provide your account email and order details
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

3.3 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error, the duplicate charge(s) will be refunded in full.

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• You have accessed more than 50% of the premium patterns (10+ out of 14 premium patterns)
• You simply changed your mind after extensive use of the platform
• You purchased the upgrade but did not read the product description
• More than 7 days have passed since purchase (except for duplicate payments)

If you are eligible for a refund:

• Submit Request: Email support@patterndsa.com with your account email, order details, and reason for refund
• Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
• Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
