Terms of Service

By accessing and using PatternDSA ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

PatternDSA is an educational platform that provides:

• Free access to 6 foundational DSA patterns
• Lifetime access to all 20 DSA patterns for a one-time payment of ₹399 INR
• Interactive visualizations, code templates, and curated practice problems

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

• The one-time lifetime upgrade fee is ₹399 INR
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• By making a payment, you agree to the Cancellation & Refund Policy outlined below

All content on PatternDSA, including but not limited to text, code templates, visualizations, graphics, and design, is the property of PatternDSA and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass the paywall or access premium content without payment
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatternDSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

• Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are provided only in limited circumstances
• If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, contact support within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are not provided after lifetime access has been used extensively (e.g., accessing more than 50% of premium patterns)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
